Ciao Alessio, the type of exporting file our system prefers, (for now) is MP4. Then, if your file is 16:9, then export it at 640 by 360, if it is 4:3, export at 640 by 480. Don't hesitate to contact me if you still have issues. Cheers, Edoardo.
