Sid Ganis’s contributions to film and television are among the most widely recognized in Hollywood. The current president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Sid is the legendary producer behind such blockbuster comedy hits as Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (1999), Big Daddy (1999), and Mr. Deeds (2002) and has worked as a top executive with the largest studios in the industry, including Twentieth Century-Fox, Warner Brothers, and Columbia Pictures. Among myriad other projects, Sid is currently producing a film version of the popular 1960s TV comedy I Dream of Jeannie.
