From stage to screens big and small, Golden Globe-winning actress Sally Kirkland has been synonymous with the spotlight for more than 30 years.
Academy Award-nominated Sally Kirkland has been a film and television fixture for more than 30 years. Though she played small parts in such movies as The Sting (1973), A Star is Born (1976, and Private Benjamin (1980), it was her starring role in the critically acclaimed film Anna (1987) that earned her a Golden Globe Award and an Oscar nomination. More recently, Sally has been recognized for her character in the blockbuster comedy Bruce Almighty (2003) and her signature role as Queen Margaret in Richard III (2007). Among other projects, Sally is now set to appear in the films Fast Track and Redemption, both due for 2009 release.
