Rosanna Arquette is without question one of the most prolific and successful actresses in Hollywood today. Raised in a showbiz family, Rosanna made her acting debut at age 17 in the stage production of Ovid’s The Metamorphosis. By 1982, she had earned an Emmy nomination for her role in the TV film The Executioner’s Song. Her breakthrough arrived in 1985, when she starred in Susan Seidelman’s smash hit film Desperately Seeking Susan. Rosanna went on to star in such pivotal pictures as Martin Scorcese’s New York Stories (1989), Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction (1994), and David Cronenberg’s offbeat drama Crash (1996). More recently, Rosanna has been celebrated for her role in the hit series The L Word. As busy as ever, Rosanna have several film projects in the works for 2009 release.
