Iranian-American comedian Maz Jobrani has built a TV and film career that many a Hollywood aspirant would envy. Maz is probably best known for his hilarious antics as part of the “Axis of Evil” comedy group seen on Comedy Central and for his solo appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Colbert Report. Yet Maz is more than another stand-up guy. His major film credits include the comedy hit Friday After Next (2002) and the absorbing Sydney Pollack thriller The Interpreter (2005). Maz has already enjoyed much success, but with his outstanding gifts as a comedian and actor he’s sure to make an even bigger name for himself in the future.
