To call Lauren Bacall a legend would be to do her an injustice. With a career spanning more than a half century, Lauren is quite simply among the greatest actresses of all time. Lauren’s classic film credits include The Big Sleep (1946), Dark Passage (1947), Designing Women (1957), Murder On the Orient Express (1974), and The Shootist (1976). In addition, Lauren has proved her talents on Broadway, starring in the musicals Applause (1970) and Woman of the Year (1981). Lauren’s riveting performance in the The Mirror Has Two Faces (1996) earned her an Oscar nomination for “Best Supporting Actress.” A 2006 guest appearance on The Sopranos proves Lauren is still going strong.
