Julianne Nicholson is one of Hollywood?s most talented, young, unconventional actors. She starred opposite Michael Caine and James Spader in Curtain Call (1998) but it was her breakthrough role in The Love Letter (1999) opposite Tom Selleck and Kate Capshaw that first got her the critical acclaim she deserved.Her other work includes Tully (2000), for which she earned an Independent Spirit Award nomination, Ally McBeal (2001-2002), ER (2004), Little Black Book (2004), Kinsey (2004), and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2006) among others.Julianne speaks honestly here of her struggle to come to terms with her desire to follow her dreams and become an actress and how she found the strength to achieve her current success.
