His performance in Runaway Train earned him Best Supporting Actor nominations at both the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. Since then, Eric has continued to work in a wide array of film and television projects, including such critically acclaimed series as The L Word (2006), Heroes (2007), and Entourage (2008).
