You undertake not to use the Services:

(f) to transmit, upload or post any material that constitutes child pornography, or that includes sexually explicit conduct (including but not limited to images of rape, bestiality, intercourse, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, explicit depiction of male or female genitalia or pubic areas, pedophilia or necrophilia);

(g) to transmit, upload or post any material which is defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, libelous or of an obscene or menacing character, or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

(h) to transmit, upload or post any material which includes dangerous or illegal acts (including but not limited to incitement to violence, animal abuse or drug abuse);

(i) in any way that will affect us adversely or reflect negatively on Chapter Five, its affiliates, the Website, our goodwill, name or reputation or cause duress, distress or discomfort to us or anyone else, or discourage any person, firm or enterprise from using all or any portion, features or functions of the Website, or from advertising, linking or becoming a supplier to us in connection with the Website;

(j) as a means to threaten, stalk, harass, abuse or otherwise insult other users or to collect or store personal data about other users;

(l) to create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message, including, but not limited to impersonating a Chapter Five employee, manager, host or another user; or

(m) to transmit, upload, post or otherwise make available any solicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any duplicative or unsolicited messages.

We do not control the content posted via users of the Services and as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Postings do not represent our views or those of any of our employees or representatives. By using the Services you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable. Furthermore, whilst we make every effort to test and check information and content on the website for viruses, we recommend that you run anti-virus programs on any such information and/or content obtained or accessed via the Website.

You acknowledge that we shall have the right (but not the obligation) to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any Posting, in whole or part, that we deem inappropriate for inclusion in the Services, for any reason or for no reason.

You understand, acknowledge and agree that Postings originating from any User ID are the sole responsibility of the individual associated with that User ID. This means that you, and not us, are entirely responsible for the consequences of all your Postings and other activity on the Services or otherwise on the Website. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content or any damage incurred as a result of you accessing any content posted or otherwise transmitted via the Services.

The Services are public and not private and you should assume your Postings may be read by others, with or without your knowledge or permission. We shall have no liability if unauthorized persons obtain access to the Services.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk and you should not disclose or make available your personal information in any Posting or in any part of the Services.
